Apprenticeships – meeting workforce needs for today & tomorrow
Working collaboratively with employers to grow excellence in their workforce through apprenticeships.
By combining with professional registration, apprenticeships can ignite careers and strengthen organisational performance.
We support employers in delivering content to their apprentices that develops an understanding about the benefits of being a member of a professional body in the sciences, and how professional registration can ignite their career beyond the apprenticeship.
By being a member of a professional body, apprentices can access networks, knowledge hubs and communities, that can help to widen their perspective, deepen their learning, with access to another layer of connections & support.
Better still, the apprenticeship could offer to the individual an eligibility to apply for professional registration using a shortened application. This recognises the quality of the learning and experience they have gained as an apprentice, using their apprenticeship certificate as the base of their application.
